Hand Epoxy Layup
• Fiberglass cloth lines a mold
• Epoxy resin layers are applied with a nylon bristle brush

Vacuum Bagging
• Fiberglass cloth lines a mold
• Epoxy resin layers are applied with a nylon bristle brush
• Resin is compressed into the cloth by encasing mold in plastic material and removing all air with a vacuuming process

Vacuum Infusion
• Fiberglass cloth lines a mold
• Mold is encased in plastic material and compressed by removing all air with a vacuuming process
• Resin is pulled through the mold via tubing in a secondary vacuuming process

Pre Preg Carbon Fiber
• Resin is already embedded in the material
• Material lined mold is placed in an autoclave and heated. The heat from the autoclave allows the resin to liquify and cure.
